How did I make money buying my house in the US?

However, the return on this investment was great, but it would have never happened if I listened to the views of others. People always want to purchase at the top, because they allow fear to guide their decision making. If you want to be a successful investor, you have to use your intuition and let go of any irrational fears.
Unsuccessful people will always find an excuse for waiting, instead of taking action when the time is right. Learning to not let others influence you negatively and getting rid of fear are keys to being successful when investing.
